Learn how to release restrictions within your fascial system and create greater freedom in your body. Through virtual Myofascial Release sessions, I’ll help you understand your fascial system while learning gentle, effective techniques to release pain, tension and tenderness.
I work with all levels of restrictions using a variety of tools and techniques. Beginners will want to have a foam roller available, while tennis balls, therapy canes, rolling sticks and scrapers can also be helpful. You may also learn techniques that require no tools at all, using only your body’s own resistance.
The goal is never to push your body beyond what feels right. If something feels like too much, we ease up. Whether you are a beginner or have experience with Myofascial Release, these sessions are designed to help you release restrictions and move toward greater mobility, peace and freedom in your body.
I have been teaching these skills for 25 years and look forward to helping you develop tools you can continue using on your own.
Comfortable clothing is recommended. Please refrain from loose clothing such as hoodies or baggy shirts for safety purposes.
